Much awaited film is an upcoming novel Raanjhanaa starring Dhanush, Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol in the lead roles. Raanjhnanaa is directed by Anand L. Rai, written by Himanshu Sharma and produced by Krishika Lulla under the banner Eros International. Oscar winner music director A. R. Rahman composed the music for this romantic love story. This is the first feature film Tamil actor Dhanush. First choice for the film were Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha signed as the lead pair in this film, but the project was abandoned for unknown reasons. The film is set to release on June 21, 2013.
