Khamoshiyan and Hawaizaada both had a poor first weekend at box office. Although Khamoshiyan performed better and may emerge as safe film as made on low budget.
Khamoshiyan has collected around 6.5+ crore nett in first weekend at box office. Film showed limited growth in business through the weekend. Sunday collection are around 2.5 crore nett as per estimates. Film business is extremely poor, but as film is made on low budget of 11-12 crore, should easily recover their investment, when non-theatrical revenues are also taken into account.

Saturday - 2.2 crore nett.
Sunday - 2.5 crore nett (est).
Total - 6.6 crore nett (approx).
Hawaizaada is simply washout at box office in its first weekend. Film is big disaster. Film has just managed 2 crore nett in opening weekend. Film even failed to touch single crore in a single day. What's more disappointing is film is having a significant budget and makers are set for big loss with the film. Film is simply not going anywhere from here on. Even 5 crore nett lifetime collection looks tough from here on.
