Hate Story 2 is a Bollywood thriller film directed by Vishal Pandya.Produced by T-Series Films, it stars Sushant Singh, Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali in pivotal roles. It is the sequel to the 2012 sleeper hit Hate Story.One song from Madhuri Dixit-Vinod Khanna starrer 1988 film Dayavan Aaj Tum Pe was re-created in the film.Sunny Leone will be performing a sensuous item song, Pink Lips for the film.
The film released on 18 July 2014. Film started well in morning shows and grew big from evening onwards. Film collected big 70 lakhs in East Punjab and almost 90 lakhs in Delhi. This shows a kind of craze for such erotica films in masses.

HATE STORY 2 Scores Big Day One
”Hate Story 2” was not expected to score big at box office though it was expected to lead among new releases. But film surpassed expectations and managed big numbers on day one despite not great release period.
Film started well in morning shows and grew big from evening onwards. Film collected big 70 lakhs in East Punjab and almost 90 lakhs in Delhi. This shows a kind of craze for such erotica films in masses.
Film collected close to 5.46 cr nett on day one which is big number from 1150-1200 screens. Film will find it tough to grow on day two as film has not great word of mouth. Still film will collect minimum 13-15 cr nett over weekend which is a big number.
