6th Day Box Office Performance of Midsummer Midnight Mumbai & D Gangs of Mumbai
Both the small budget movies among the latest releases last week, Midsummer Midnight Mumbai & D Gangs of Mumbai have fallen on the ground. Audience has seriously ignored these releases and those who went were very disappointed with their decision. With so average performance and audience response for them, these movies have come to end up this week. Talking about Midsummer Midnight Mumbai first, the film is a disaster and don’t have a story or a strong character either. The unnecessary adult factor pushed in to the script is also not entertaining though we have seen that Indian audience is now inclined towards such factors but still this flick could not trench its thirst through this reason too. The other release D Gangs of Mumbai from its name excited some audience due to resemblance with Gangs of Wasseypur but the film was totally useless. On their 6th day of release these films have done a poor job and are near to their pack up from the box office.

Also some big reasons for failure of both these flicks were the low cost & budget, lesser promotions and less popular star cast which decreased the audience attentiveness for the film before and even after the release. After knowing 6th day performance of the film to be so dull and poor, the box office collections of the films are also same with Midsummer Midnight Mumbai standing at 34 Lacs on its 6th day business & D Gangs of Mumbai making total of 22 Lacs on its 6th day of release. This week is the end for both these flicks and after completing their one week on box office tomorrow these will pack up finally.
