HAWAA HAWAAI Is Heading For Below Par Week One
Last weekend at least 7 Bollywood and couple of regional films in addition to one Hollywood film released in cinemas. This lack of common sense affected most promising fil ''Hawaa Hawaai'' and film collected rather modest numbers.
''Hawaa Hawaai'' was presented by Fox and had huge marketing push. But film failed to impress at box office and collected poor 75 lakhs on day one. Film grew over on Saturday and collected 1.40 cr nett on Sunday with growth of 40%. Film grew by further 30% on Sunday and collected 1.80 cr nett. But then film came down to 40 lakhs on Monday which was drop 35% from already low Friday, Film added 35 lakhs and 30 lakhs on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Film has collected 5.15 cr nett in 6 days and film remained below average at box office. Film will not collect more than 5.50 cr nett over week one and that is not satisfactory performance considering marketing push.
