Watch it for a relevant content in the season of election

When living legend Amitabh comes on screen its always a treat to watch. That too if film is sequel and promises some high on content emotional social drama, you know this is a film to watch out for.
Film has simple plot - Bhootnath (Amitabh Bachchan) comes back on earth to correct his mistake of not terrifying children in first outing. But he is again visible to one child - Akhrot (Partho). How this 'good soul' Bhootnath tries to change every evil in society through child forms the rest of the story. Bhootnath ultimately fights election against the corrupt MP Bhau (Boman Irani).
Performance wise, Amitabh Bachchan clearly underplays his character and that gives film a lift. He allows child to take centrestage especially in 1st half. This is his again an outstanding performance by legend. But it is Partho who surprises with marvelous sparkling act. His dialogue delivery and mannerism simply mind blowing. Boman Irani sleepwalks in rather cliche role. Shahrukh Khan, Anurag Kashyap and Ranbir Kapoor make you smile in cameos.
Editing is lazy and cinematography restricts to too many tight frames. Screenplay is full of emotions and drama but over indulgence minimize the impact. Climax is overstretched and dialogues start losing impact towards the end. Songs break the flow of the film. Still director Nilesh holds all this together and delivers an almost perfect film in election season. Why voting is important, how system will be changed and all this with good dose of entertainment makes it good watch.

Film will release today and should get 1500 plus screens. Film will get quite an open run and only 'Main Tera Hero' will provide some resistance. Film should open with average numbers and will be looking forward for good word of mouth to make it big at box office.
