Marathi Film YELLOW Is Steady In 2nd Week With Low Numbers
''Yellow'' was an anticipated release and was expected to score good in Marathi circuit. But despite critical acclaim and good word of mouth, film failed to flatter in opening weekend.
Film collected around 72 lakh nett in week one from 120 screens which was good but not great due to cricket match effect. Film managed to maintain its run in 2nd week and had fairly good 2nd weekend.
Film collected almost 21 lakh nett in 2nd weekend and now film has collected close to 93 lakhs in 10 days which is good. Film needs to continue to its run for 2-3 more weeks in order to close down around 2 cr nett.
Film will get good revenue from satellite so 3 cr cost can be recovered if film maintains its run in coming weeks.
