Salman Khan starrer ''Jai Ho'' falls short of expectations big time as film was rejected by audience despite such a huge release. As happens with most of such disappointments, now excuses like ticket price and release period doing the rounds. Even if one sees the percentage fall day after day and week after week is completely dismal which should have been less in case of lower price of tickets and such a big star.
Film collected 88.80 cr nett in week one and but film dropped heavily over 2nd weekend . Film managed only 22 cr nett in 2nd week and that too with no competition. Film has collected 110 cr nett plus in 14 days.
Film further added 3.50 cr nett in 3rd week which was huge drop of 80% plus. After that release of ''Gunday'' suppressed the film further. Film managed only 48 lakhs in 4th week which was drop of 85%.
Film is struggling overseas and will not collect more than 37 cr which is poor out of 700 screens. Film can now be termed as big disappointment as film is not going anywhere from here on. Film will fall short of 160 cr nett world added wide. Film is lowest Salman starrer in last 3-4 years.
