''Highway'' was never expected to score big at box office but such a limited release in 700-800 screens thwarted its prospects at box office further. Film had rather below average day one, if not poor at box office.
Film was expected to jump big on day two but film had rather modest day two. Film was expected to score around 5 cr nett after 3.42 cr nett on day one but film managed only 4.25-4.40 cr nett on day two taking 2 day total to 7.77 cr nett.
