''Singh Saab The Great'' was reunion of blockbuster pair of Anil - Sunny but this time around they fail to recreate magic of ''Gadar''. Film remained below average all over and as expected north saved the day due to loyal fan base of star.
Film collected 15 cr nett plus over weekend and had chance if film held better on weekdays. Film managed 2.50 cr nett on Monday, 2.05 cr nett on Tuesday and 1.75 cr nett on Wednesday thus taking 6 day total to 21 cr nett plus. Film will finish week one at 23 cr nett. Film should collect 26-27 cr nett lifetime.
Film also remained poor overseas with under 3 cr figure. Film remained below average at box office mainly due to poor performance in south and west. Lack of novelty in content and not so great word of mouth cost the film dearly.
