New releases "War Chhod Na Yaar", "Baat Ban Gayi", "Paap" and "Kya Hua Achanak" took very badstart on day one. Films got better release than expected due to colossal failure of "Besharam".
"War Chhod Na Yaar" had no big face and despite decent marketing and novel concept, film opened to as poor as 10% opening and film improved only by a slim margin in evening. Film managed only 1.25 cr netton day one which is poor from 750-800 screens.
"Gravity" had good day one and now growth over the weekend will give it clear lead over Hindi releases this weekend. Film collected 1.60-1.75 cr nett on day one and "Gravity" should collect 5.50-7 cr nettweekend.
