Planes Movie Reviews By The Times Of India -Renuka Vyavahare
The major attraction of the film is Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra's voiceover debut in a Hollywood production. The actress impresses as she lends her seductive voice to an Indian plane, Ishani. Her accent does not sound too Indian though. Like it happens in most Hollywood films, the sitar starts playing every time she appears. One gets to hear Tere Bina - AR Rahman's composition from Guru for a brief moment too.
Planes Movie Reviews By Rediff -Paloma Sharma
Predictably, Planes is aimed at a younger audience and is appropriate enough for them with its underdog theme and simple black-and-white morality. However, it is almost as if director Klay Hall assumes that just because his target audience is just learning to read and write, they cannot read the writing on the wall – Planes is a ruminated repetition and not much else.
